Marketing Your Rental Property

The marketing process starts with ensuring your rental is 100% rent ready. From there we photos are taken ensuring the rental is putting its best foot forward. At the same time your property management team does a market analysis the results in a range based on both current and historical market data. The initial rent amount is determined in consultation with the owner. Your home is then advertised on about two dozen rental sites – with the most important being Zillow, Apartments.com, Rentals.com and their associates sister sites.

The Portal Homes team follows up on all inquiries, and tours are seven days per week providing both agent-attended and self-guided tours.
